5. Delivery and Pick-Up

  • Meat Orders: You are responsible for picking up your meat order or coordinating delivery directly with us.

  • Other Products: Non-food products will be shipped to the address you provide. Please ensure accuracy of your shipping details, including postal code.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to you once the products leave our premises. If a package is lost, we will work to replace the product or reimburse you per our policies. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. Contact us directly to coordinate local pick-ups or deliveries.

6. Personal Data & Communications

We respect your privacy. By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive communications from Treeline Farms, LLC, which may include order updates, product information, and marketing messages via email or SMS. Your information will never be sold to third parties.
