Accessibility & Accommodations
Treeline Farms, LLC is committed to providing an accessible experience for all users. If you require accommodations or experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or services, please contact us at hello@treelinefarms.com. We will work with you to provide reasonable accommodations or alternative access where possible.
Order Preparation
At Treeline Farms, LLC, we lovingly prepare every order and carefully package items to ensure they are ready for safe transport, pickup, or delivery.
Shipping (Non-Food Items & Eligible Products)
For orders that are shipped, we typically dispatch within two business days, except during holidays or for made-to-order items.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and email updates to keep you informed of your order’s status. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order leaves our premises. In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged package, we will work with you to make it right.
Beef & Local Food Products: Pickup or Local Delivery Only
We do not currently ship beef or frozen food products via third-party carriers. To ensure freshness, safety, and proper handling, all beef and local food items are fulfilled through coordinated pickup or local delivery only.
Options may include:
- Pre-coordinated pickup at set location
- Pickup at a scheduled farmers market or pop-up
- Local delivery within our designated delivery zones
For in-stock food items, we will contact you after your order is placed to coordinate pickup or delivery details.
For bulk beef, beef boxes, or preorder items that require a harvest or restock period, we will communicate with you via email regarding availability and fulfillment timing.
Food products coordinated for pickup or local delivery are managed directly with you. Tracking numbers are not provided for these orders outside of our direct communication regarding order status and delivery or pickup arrangements.
Frozen Food Handling & Delivery Safety
All frozen food orders are transported in a temperature-controlled, chilled or frozen environment to maintain food safety and quality throughout fulfillment. We take care to ensure products remain at appropriate, safe temperatures until the time of delivery or pickup.
To protect the integrity of your order, we require that someone be physically available to receive all frozen food deliveries. Once an order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer. Treeline Farms, LLC is not responsible for product quality if delivery instructions are not followed or if no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
