Local delivery or pick-up only.
We would be honored to help feed you and your family. Our vision is to empower our community to buy high quality food directly from farms and ranches.
Get high quality beef.
Our inputs are thoughtfully crafted to ensure smooth operations and quality beef. We use rotational grazing practices to provide high-quality forage. We grain-finish our beef with a non-GMO blend of corn, barley, pea, and flax from a local grower. Our cattle have free-choice minerals and water at all times.
We will guide you through the process.
We keep things simple and transparent.
Step 1: You buy a share of beef from us.
Step 2: You choose your cuts (for 1/4 or larger orders).
Step 3: You pay the butcher.
Step 4: Enjoy.
Follow your beef from farm to fork.
Beyond our home-raised calves, we hand-pick additional feeder stock to put into our farm-raised beef program to provide more consistent availability. At the farm, our cows enjoy excellent accommodations, healthy eats, and lots of affection. They live a comfortable and calm life, with us serving them until it becomes time for them to serve others.
When you reserve a share of beef, you'll make a deposit to hold that portion of one of our beef cows at harvest and pay the remaining share cost after harvest by the hanging weight of your share. The butcher then ages the beef before processing. When your meat is ready, you'll pay the butcher cost and pick it up or coordinate delivery.
Reserve your beef.
Reserve your bulk shares of our farm-raised beef with a non-refundable deposit or purchase a smaller share as a beef box. We use your commitments to plan our operations and harvest timing. The prices displayed are for the deposit amount on the 1/4 and larger shares, while the 1/8 and 1/16 shares are a full-price order.
Whether you're buying direct for the first time or planning your regular beef stock-up, we can help you plan through the process, how much meat you may need, and how much freezer space to prepare.
You can order from us in multiple share sizes. We currently charge $6 per pound of hanging weight. Butcher cut and wrap fees are approximately $1.40 per pound of hanging weight. The return on meat is typically 60-70%, depending on the custom cuts ordered.
Plan ahead.
We fill beef orders on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to reserve more specific timing, let us know.
Please reach out to us with any questions by email or using this form.
All weights and quantities are approximate. Sizes and cuts vary.
We reserve on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation will be for the next harvest with availability.

Why buy a beef share?
- With your purchase of a beef share, you are getting more value for your dollar while supporting an extremely efficient and sustainable beef-buying practice. You get high-quality meat raised using our rotational grazing and regenerative practices, then finished with a locally-sourced, all-natural, non-GMO grain of corn, barley, pea, and flax. During finishing, we also feed local-cut hay. Animals have continuous access to free-choice minerals and fresh well water.
- Your share of beef will be from a single animal.
- Buying beef in bulk supports sustainable ranching and results in little to no waste.
