General Practices

  • Refunds or exchanges are only offered for defective products, and we’ll do our best to provide a replacement or alternative solution.

  • Products are recommended for use within 6 months, unless otherwise noted, though most items are shelf-stable up to 12 months.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the product description provided on our website.

  • Because our products are made with natural ingredients and contain no synthetic stabilizers or performance enhancers, results may vary from person to person. Individual body chemistry, lifestyle, and expectations all play a role in product performance.

If you’re not completely satisfied with a product within 30 days of receipt, contact us. While we cannot offer traditional refunds on skincare products once opened, we are committed to working with you to find a fair and thoughtful resolution, which may include:

Items Not Eligible for Traditional Returns or Refunds

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality considerations, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return or refund. This includes products that may not meet individual performance expectations.

  • Perishable items, including all meat products
  • Bulk beef deposits (These are non-refundable retainers, as your commitment supports the full lifecycle and resources for your share of the animal.)
