✅ Pasture-raised, grain-finished beef for clean flavor and top nutrition ✅ Packed with iron, B vitamins, and essential nutrients ✅ Perfect for pan-searing, pâté, or incorporating into ground blends ✅ A nutrient-dense superfood favored by those who value wholesome, nose-to-tail eating
Our cattle are pasture-raised and finished on a locally grown blend of hay, corn, barley, flax, and pea for the final 120–150 days. This finishing process enhances both the flavor and nutrient profile of every cut, including this traditional favorite.

Excellent Beef
Really high quality, I'm shocked at the difference I see in it compared to what I would buy at the store. Excited to get my Quarter Share this winter.
