Fill your freezer with premium, pasture-raised beef from Treeline Farms—raised with care and finished for exceptional flavor and tenderness.

How It Works

Step 1: Reserve your share with a deposit
Step 2: Customize your cuts
Step 3: Pay for the rest of your share plus butcher costs.
Step 4: Stock your freezer and enjoy

What to Expect

A half share yields approximately 240 pounds of beef and typically requires an 8–10 cubic foot freezer.

Your share is fully customizable. Choose your preferred steak thickness, roast sizes, ground beef packaging, and specialty cuts to fit your family's needs. After harvest and before processing, you’ll select your preferred cuts—we’re happy to guide you based on your cooking style.

Typical yield includes:

  • ~30% steaks
  • ~25% roasts & ribs
  • ~45% ground beef
  • Plus soup bones and optional specialty cuts

Harvest (organ) cuts may be available upon request.

Pricing & Payment

To reserve your share, you’ll place a deposit that secures your portion for the next available harvest. This deposit is applied toward your final total.

Your total cost is based on the hanging weight of your animal.

  • The farm price for a half share is $6.25 per LB of hanging weight (a 1/4 is $6.50/LB and a whole is $6.00/LB).
  • You’ll pay the butcher directly for slaughter, cut, and wrap fees.
  • Then arrange pickup at the butcher or coordinate local delivery or farm pickup with us.

Our Commitment

At Treeline Farms, we raise our cattle with intention and care:

  • Rotationally grazed for healthy land and animals
  • Grain-finished for consistent marbling, flavor, and tenderness
  • Small-scale and hands-on from start to finish
